You can delete your Polarly account and the data associated with it in one of the ways below.
Option 1 — in the app (recommended)
- Open the Polarly app.
- Go to Profile → Account.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
Option 2 — by request (no app needed)
Email support@polarly.app from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will process the request within a reasonable period.
What happens when you request deletion
- your account is marked for deletion and you continue using the app as an anonymous user;
- affiliate referral analytics is de-linked from you.
Within 30 days — you can undo it
If you change your mind, restore your account within this period: sign in again in the app or email support@polarly.app.
After 30 days
If you do not restore access within 30 days, your account and all associated data — including your watchlist, portfolio, and notification history — are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
What may be retained
Some technical records may be retained for a limited period where required by law (security, dispute resolution).
